In stock items usually ship within 1-2 days.  Custom items can take several weeks if they are complex. The most accurate estimated lead times are updated on individual product pages.  Please contact us if you need items before a certain date and we’ll work to accommodate you.

Most items in new condition can be returned within 30 days.  Custom items can not be returned. Contact us before returning an item so that we can issue an return merchandise authorization RMA to track the return.

Log into your account.  You should then see a link to change your profile settings.

You should receive regular emails with status updates and tracking information. If you don’t see these emails, make sure to check your spam folders.  Emails may come from clacksmith.com or rpfab.com .

More than likely, yes.  We often ship internationally with VAT/tax/fees being paid for by the buyer.  

Typically yes. If you’re ordering a custom lighted dice and a few sets of stock dice, you can add a message requesting two shipments.  There may be additional shipping costs due for splitting a shipment.
